Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry and other related majors;
2. Those with relevant work experience are preferred;
3. Experience in laboratory synthesis route amplification and industrialization, and knowledge of the operation of kilo-scale laboratories and small-scale and pilot-scale workshops is preferred;
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; have a strong learning ability, and have a certain ability to analyze and solve problems;
5. Those with factory enlargement experience are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the arrangement of the project team leader, strictly implement the project plan, record various work elements in time, and communicate with the team leader in time in case of special circumstances;
2. Able to complete small batch (mg level) or larger batch (kg level) chemical synthesis projects under the guidance of the team leader or researcher;
3. Assist researchers to complete the synthesis, separation and purification of designated compounds;
4. Complete the experimental records, experimental reports, etc. clearly and completely;
5. According to the needs of the project, report the progress of the experiment to the leader in time, and submit the progress report of the experiment when necessary;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the group leader or superior.

Salary:
Implement a fixed basic salary and project commission system, there is no ceiling, and the specifics can be negotiated.
